2. Products and Services 2.1. We offer a variety of eco-friendly products, including but not limited to bamboo cups, coconut bowls, and custom wooden products. 2.2. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. 2.3. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders and Payment 3.1. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. 3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. 3.3. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
4. Shipping and Delivery 4.1. Shipping costs and delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. 4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes.
