Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom engraved items may take an additional 2-5 business days for processing.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over AED 100 within the UAE.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.
