    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  3. Exchanges:

    • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered..

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
